The author first explains that large-scale measurement device is one of the most basic measuring methods of obtaining external trajectory data and flight status.lt is pointed out that the accurateness of the main-item axis system deviation correction (including vertical,level and collimating axis deviation)of large-scale measurement device error is of critical importance to the precison of measuring device's surveying angles.To improve its precison,the influence of axis system deviation on surveying angles must be corrected.On such a basisthe commonly used monomial error accumulating totals correction method is introduced.The author proposes a coordinate transformation method to deal with its drawbacks of maths model imperfection,not applicable to lange-angle deviation and adding to the difficulties of equipment. While orientating the order of matrices according to the principle of the accordance between coordinate's rotating order and the physical process of device measuring,a strict maths model of the influence of axis system deviation on surveying angles is concluded and the corresponding correction method is induced.Its far-reaching meanings are as follow:(1) The maths model of the influence of axis system deviation on surveying angles established by the new method is concluded after considerations for the three deviations simultaneously.Changes under all circumstances are included,so it is theoretically a perfection of maths method.(2) In dynamic target field of aviation,spaceflight and exact missile identification perfect maths correction model is needed.Its establishment is sure to improve the measurement precison of dynamic targets.(3) It's applicable in shotting,launching flat roof(e.g. tank,automatic artillery,missile,etc.) fields.Finally,corresponding computer simulor is designed.The following conclusions are drawn after calculation and analysis of the influence of monomial error on measuring values by the new and old corrector methods.(1) Through calculation,comparison and analysis of measured and simulated data,the new correction method is proved right.(2) The correction results by the new and old methods are the same when the axissystem deviation is small,while the monomial error accumulating totals correction method is practical only when the surveying angles and deviation are both small.(3) There is a big gap between the correction resuts by the new and old methods when the axis system deviation is big.The old method cannot reflect truly the influence of axis-system deviation on surveying angles and therefore is no longer suitable,whereas the new one is universally applicable theoretically.
