Based on the theory of fluid dynamics. transient- flow and vibration, the structure parameters of the air- volume (such as the volume and position of the air-volume ) affect the pressure oscillation in piping system is put forward , and the designing method for the parameters of the air-volume according to the role of the air-volume is provided.The pressure oscillation in piping system can lower the efficiency of the pump, cause the additional consume of energy and emit noise, deteriorate the working condition of the accessory. The air-volume which is traditionally installed as a buffer in the piping system to reduce the pressure oscillation and ensure the system working in reliable environment.Author has investigated the air-volume affect the pressure oscillation in piping system from converse viewpoint. When the structure parameters of the air-volume are some certain value, the pressure oscillation in the exit of the piping system is magnified . This idea makes us a new way to design the power source of high pressure Water-Jet.In this paper, the corresponding software is programmed employing the MatLab. The structure parameters of the air-volume, and the pressure oscillation at the exit of the pipe can be calculated as soon as the preliminary data have been givenThis research project is funded from the National Natural Science Foundation of China .(598740337).
