With the development of economics and people's living conditions, the usage of power in city grows rapidly, which brings many problems of power supplement. To solve these problems, except speeding up the construction of power installation, we should make good use of our present power facilities and encourage consumers to save power. So the power departments of state timely issue a policy on the different power price between the climax and the ebb of power usage. This policy's implement brings chances to energy-storage air conditioning. Energy-storage air conditioning is that during the ebb period of power web system utilizes the energy-storage equipment to store ice or heat waters made by water chillers or boilers, and during the climax period release these energy. Because the energy-storage can balance the power web and save operational fee for consumers, it becomes one of the main measures of demanding system management and improvement of contradiction between demands and supplement.Compared to regulate air conditioning system, energy-storage air conditioning adds energy-storage equipment, assistant equipment and its tube system, and except regulate energy supplement, it adds models of energy storage and release. All these make the operation control and management complex. Besides, as the large power consumer of buildings, air conditioning equipment's energy-saving control is also important. Therefore, it is necessary to build a centralized supervisory, control and management system to realize equipment's normal operation and protection and system's safe running. Except these basic functions, it should be able to reasonable set energy- storage method and tactics, correctly control the transformation of models and optimize the running state of equipment, so as to reach the aim of unmanned, automation and intelligent running of the energy-storage air conditioning system.Because of the reason discussed above, the author is devoted to researchingand developing a computer control and management system of energy-storage air conditioning based on DCS for WuHan Qixing Machine and Electric Corporation. This system is made up of host computer and spot controller, which jointly complete the remote control and centralized management.Based on the analyses of the energy-storage air conditioning technology, this paper first affirm the running tactics and model, and then work out the control plan and build the hardware system. The supervisory and control program of host computer is developed with Forcecontrol configuration software to realize data acquisition and management, running state's display, remote control of equipment, and hitch decision and report. Moreover it uses fuzzy control technology to realize auto control of the temperature of water supplement. As for the design of spot controller, the author select OMRON C200H PLC according to the I/O configuration based on the analyses of the control demands. Through trapezoid program design, it can send the spot data to host computer and receive the output data to carry out spot control. Furthermore, once the host computer can't normally work, the spot controller can realize manual control. Because the Forcecontrol configuration software has OMRON PLC I/O server inside, this peper mainly research and discuss the physical link of communication interface, set of communication parameter and how to build the data link.Lastly, this paper makes a mock interface experiment by use of Advantech PCL711S labcard to prove the communication's performance and efficient.The computer control and management system of energy-storage air conditioning developed by the author is convenient to use with a visual interface, and rich functions. The combination of host computer and spot controller realizes whole supervisory and control to the air conditioning system and remote control to equipment, so it largely reduces the labor of operators.
