The Study Of The Fully Digital Variable-Speed DC Drive

This paper select SIMOREG K 6RA24 fully digital variable?speed DC drive device as object and studied the fully digital variable ?speed DC drive . The control principle of this device and the main circuitry is analyzed. And based on the analysis of the performance this paper designed and realized to drive high ?power Load with 6RA2418. The results of this paper prove that the performance of the system is right and design is reasonable.This paper aim at the phenomenon of SIEMENS 6R24 controller can not self-adjust online when it run with load and can not take effective control when appear some instance such as negative parameter change, different disturbance or nonlinear tache. This paper studied and brought forward the improved control project. The simulate results show that the project is reasonable.
