Road is the basic framework of a city and acts as an important part of the city. So urban road green space landscape can impact the image of the city. There is a very important suggestion to look back to the construction of the urban road green space in Hangzhou and analyze its achievements and problems. It is also very directive to discuss how to plan and design the urban road green space landscape, which can reflect the city orientation and style of Hangzhou.The thesis consists of five parts: 1. Summary of urban road green space; 2. summary of urban road green space construction in Hangzhou; 3. analysis of urban road green space of Hangzhou; 4. planning and design of urban road green space in Hangzhou; 5.the epilogue.In the first part, it discusses the conception and study actuality about urban road green space landscape. Firstly, it discusses the conception and the brief develop history of urban road green space. These problems exist in traffic streets mostly, on the contrary, the landscape of landscape streets and other kinds of spaces are better.
