This paper, based on all-sided and comprehensively summarize researched fruitness, systemically analyse pile-soil interaction mechanism, from single pile's bearing characteristic and deformation state to group piles' interaction mechanism and pile-cap's deformation coordination, make the complicated problem which is influenced by many factors more concrete and visualization.This paper, combining engineering testing research maked by prospecting and design academy of He Bei province on Tan Shan information harbor, by systemically analysing testing data, validate piles and soil among piles' bearing force state and deformation characteristic. By the pile top anti-force gained through stress sensor, we may see that pile top anti-force linearly increase with the architecture layer mounting up. But from the pile top anti-force chart, the increasing rapidity of each pile is not the same, the corner pile the fastest, the next are side pile and inside pile, pile top anti-force of the corner pile is usually 1.2- 1.4 times bigger than that of the side pile and 1.3-1.5 times bigger than that of the inside pile. The soil among piles' anti-force is not distinct in the initial stages of loading. With the load and settlement increasing, from the reading of the soil pressure box, we can see that soil among piles bear some loadings which is consistent with theoretic analysis and other scholar's research. Earth among piles and natural foundation bearing status are comparatively similar, with the bearing loads increase of the earth among piles, its bearing loads curves approximately take on as saddle shape.The paper analyse pile-raft foundation settlement calculating methods that we have now adopted and put forward additional calculating methods of pile-raft foundation with Mindlin solution, combining author's investigation. In the calculating methods, the influence of pile-tip penetration deformation and delamination of groundsill are considered. Based on this, the author programmed practicality programme of settlement calculating. By comparing with settlement observation data of Tan Shan information harbor and other data, the result is satisfied .
