This paper is about the preparation of excellent MnZn power ferrite with refined iron-mineral powders in place of Fe203and Mn30, in place of MnC03.First, the grain arrangement of MnZn ferrite, the origin of magnetism and the main parameters of properties are introduced. And then, the author gives some information about the influence of different raw materials and compositions on the products properties by the way of comparison with the products made from different raw materials and compositions, and by comparison, the best raw materials and composition are attained. About processes, the author tries some new processes and gets a proper technology. It is different from standard ceramic technology that the samples can be sintered in air and be prevented from oxidation by vacuum degassing. In the end, the author deals with the data of power loss with an empirical formula and gets some results that can be helpful to make lower-loss ferrite.As a result, the author points out that as long as we make further study, we can produce ferrite materials similar to those of PC30. Theseare our products properties: Bs:485~530mT, μi:1800~2100. Po:39~45w/kg,TC:200~240℃.
