As the first passenger railway on which the speeds of operation trains exceed 200km/h, Qin-Shen passenger railway is researched, designed and constructed completely by our country. Qin-Shen passenger railway is a symbol engineering for the beginning of our high-speed railways.In this thesis, the construction technology of overinternal jointless rail are systemically researched and investigated in combining with the real engineering on Qin-shen newly-built passenger railway. The thesis is composed with the following parts.1.Detailed introductions are given for the global situation of design and engineering for section B26-1 on Qin-shen passenger railway.2.Acroding to real construction conditions of 150km track of section B26-1 on Qin-shen passenger railway, the construction arrangement, scheme and task flow are summariaed for the construction of overinternal jointless rail on newly-built railway.3.The main contents of this thesis is to emphasize the construction technology in the seven key task items during the lay of jointless rail on newly-built railway. The construction methods, techniques and task flows in the seven items are detailedly analysed and described. The seven items are:(1) Welding in the long-rail foundation. The PD3 rails made in China and UIC900A rails made in France are welded into 250m long rail by contact weld.(2) Lay of fundus ballast. The Titan423 stabilization and lay machine made in Germany is refitted and used to lay the fundus ballast.(3) Lay of long rail, including the research of desigd and process of NTC rail-lay equipment made in American HTT Co..(4) Field alumino thermit weld. The QPCJ method of France is applied to fulfill the alumino thermit weld of long rail in the field.(5) Adding and settling of ballast in delamination. Research how to satisfy the temporary set of construction method and techniques for Qin-shen railway and solve the problem of the dynamic stabilization on bridges.(6) Discharge of stress and fastening. In this process, the techniques for stress discharge and long rail fastening are scrabbled and researched.(7) Lay of big number switch. In which the main research is carried on the lay technique of 60-38# switch.
