Study On Dynamic Simulation Of Heat Circuit System

As a type of new and high-efficient heat transfer technology, heat circuit has a great development these years. Firstly some analysis has been taken out on the development, advantages and application of heat circuit in this paper. At the same time it describes a broad application prospect.The dynamic simulation of the heat circuit system mainly studies the response characters of the system during the transient process, which provides the theoretic base for optimizing the system, establishing the professor-system, realizing the mechanic and electric control.The dynamic mathematical model of the heat circuit has been developed by means of lumped-parameters according to the thermodynamics theory of the refrigeration system and translated into the cyber-simulation model with MATLAB, the simulation software.The simulative and experimental research has been carried out for the unsteady process during the start-up operation and the alterative work-status operation, which showed that the system performance were worse during the unsteady process, the outlet pressure of the heat-source exchanger was rather low during the beginning of the unsteady process, the heat circuit had a good flexibility to the working conditions.The experimental data were compared with the simulation' s results. The comparative analysis indicates the satisfactory agreement between the results of the simulation and the experiment, which were about the transient and steady characters of the heat circuit system. It showed that the simulative model was able to reflect the dynamic characters of the heat circuit, which has set up a good foundation of the dynamic simulation, the optimization and control, the professor-system of heat circuit in the future.Some detailed analysis has been taken out on some problems of the heat circuit application, which is important for widely applying the heat circuit to the practical production.
