Application Of The IRN Model With The Error Unit To The Evaluation Of The Earth Dam Defect

The most research content and method are proposed on the basis of systematically concluding home and broad theory of evaluating old buildings, and are in line with the Reservoir Dam Safety Expertise Method promulgated by the Ministry of Water Conservancy. According to classification and analysis of the reason for the home and abroad earth dam safety problem and IRN model with the error unit to the evaluation of the earth dam defect, the paper classify the numerous influential factors in details and offer the computer programs. To be suit to the present norms, the method with different levels to earth dam defect's effect is suggested. According to characteristic of dam safety appraisal, the value of each level, the assessment means and level standard are offered. Based on the characteristic of neural network and dam defect appraisal, the paper puts forward a set of practically convenient dam defect appraisal method. The appraisal results of two typical earth dam prove that the 1RN model with the error unit is reasonable and effective.
