The electromotor is a equipment that is widely used in the modem industry and the normal living . the electromotor is in gear or not is mostly influence the normal industry manufacture and our normal life. If we can design a instrument that can monitor and diagnosis the fault of the electromotor. And find the fault of the electromotor in time when it is running ,and take the action influence the electromotor ,such as maintain it in time, or replace the electromotor in time. This will greatly reduce the loss that caused by the electromotor fault. It is the motive of the develop the facility fault diagnosis instrument of asynchronous motor.This instrument can easily inspect the signal that produced by the fault motor. And by analyzing and treating with this signal, judge the motor is run normal or not. And judge the type of the fault motor.This instrument is developed based on the instrument of fault diagnosis of the circumgyrate machine. To fit to the electromotor this special equipment. the new instrument add a sensor that can gather the signal of the stator inductive current. And by analyzing the signal of the stator inductive current, judge the moving state of the electromotor. this instrument is mainly diagnosis the follow fault: the fragment of the bar in the rotor fault , the fault of eccentricity of the interspace between the rotor and the state of the electromotor ., the fault of the state.During the course of the develop the instrument, the software used the singlechip C51 compile software. On the other hand , the diagnosis system use the gray system theory identify the fault mode of the electromotor. And use this theory to analyse the mode of the fault motor. In the hardware ,the system used the LCD display technique. This made the display very easy and very to see. The system undergo simulate of the MATLAB proved the system analyzing is correct on the whole and the diagnosis result is according with fact. So the diagnosis system of motor have practice significance and feasible.
