This paper's main content is the study of short carbon fiber utilized in HPC .Designed the experiments with confecting technique, and studied the dispersing technology of carbon fiber into the HPC. Through the statistics software of SPSS, analyzing with regression method to mechanics performance and collapsing slump , the result show that the data from the experiments is scientific and trusted. Comparing with same ratio HPC without carbon fiber, the splitting tensile strength is higher, and the compressive strength is the same or lower. From the result of optimum, the higher splitting tensile strength is maim from the fiber amount of HPC, and connected with the coupling of other ingredients. Through the electric microscope, learned the inner looking of specimens, discussed the models of damaging wreck.
