Tailings belong to the solid trash of mining industry, for the characteristics of large quantity, many types and complex nature, the utilization rate of our country low very much, reach 7% only. The resource of tailings is society important program with present economic develop, is also a new subject of present science and technology.Since it has no major available element and mineral , and is long stone mainly, strength is very low , Cheng Chao lows-silicon tailings is hard to be additional value use high . In general condition with this tailings producing aerocrete, quality hard qualified. Tailings active also do not be immutable, it may know surpass work means activation, general methods have following 3 kinds: mechanical reduction law, hydro-thermal synthetic law and alkalescence arouse law.According to above-mentioned way , this research is on the foundation of JiChun-Chen teacher research. Focal points have studied stock coordination, additive , steam to press maintenance method for the influence of performance of low-silicon tailings aerocrete . Plenty of contrast experiments have confirmed previous research conclusion is rightly. Firstly According to the principle of reasonable grading, product has better performance when quartz sand mill to the 200 eye 0.6% and tailings mill to the 200 eye 1.4%. Secondly the additive WD be selected is ideal, and experiment proof strength of product biggest when pawn WD 23g in each cubical concrete. Thirdly best maintenance system is determined eventually: the constant temperature is 205 c, the constant pressure is 2 MPa, time of heating up is 3 h; the time of constant temperature is 9 h and time of cooling down is 3 h.Through XRD and SEM, samples are carried out microscopic test analysis for studying the change of microscopic structure and hydration outcome composition of aerocrete product. Direction is the reaction behavior law of process of tailings building product in steam raise. These may offer basic theory about the improvement of production technology. The high-value and recycle use of low-silicon tailings will eventually realized, therefore decrease for the damage of environment. In conclusion ,the study have very important meaning from the environmental angle, economic angle and angle of resource conservation.
