In this paper, a typical cine camera and its designing process are discussed in detail.At first, we build a simulation model of synchronous cine camera systems in this paper. This simulation model is based on tech design of the hardware from the very beginning. We use these high fidelity simulations to develop and test the algorithms, control systems, mode logic.Secondly, because of its characteristic of changing load torque and inertia, a fine and high-precision cine camera is very difficult to design. Therefore, the application of modern control systems theory and new control method is introduced in this paper. An applied neural networks model is established after the basic theory of the approaching and generalization abilities of neural network is discussed. Study results based on the neural networks model given while the different frequent is being set. Illustrate that the neural networks can fulfill the demand of actual engineering.Thirdly, a typical hardware designing is introduced in detail. And we design a two-loop control system for this synchronous cine camera system.Finally, the theories and technologies discussed in this paper were tested with experiences. And the results of experiences are similar with the analyzed and simulated results. It verifies that this design is a correct and valuable one.
