High-rise building system consists of superstructure foundation and soil , which are affected and interacted each other in loading action. At present, although a few of qualitative conclusions have been drawn from study on interaction ,it is not complete because of the complex of interaction theory especially lack of deep understanding of performance and changed regulation.In the process of analysis of interaction of high-rise building with pile-raft foundation in slumping loess area, in this paper, making a summary of the existing theory at home and abroad; comparing with some kinds of model of foundation and the method of deciding the parameters is given; analyzed the single pile's behavior and the group pile's behavior; the formula of the comparative displacement between the single pile and the soil was brought forward ; having put forward a kind of better finite element method model based on the existing finite element method model; analyzed the interaction of superstructure of high-rise building with pile-raft foundation; finally on the base of the existed program, the model is checked by comparing with the result from numerical analysis with the tested result to prove the model reasonably and feasibly. Some useful regulations are concluded from the data gotten from the project and can be used to instruct later construction.
