Vibration and noise are an important content in quality test of bearing and how to effectively control them has been an urgent and difficult problem faced by China's Roll Bearing Industry.With the increase and demand in low voice and low decibel vibration bearing in world market, the research in low noise bearing has become more and more significant.Above all , this article introduced today's world research in low voice bearing and the formation principle in vibration and noise of bearing .And then it analyzed the reason of big vibration and loud noise comprehensively.This article also measured the same kinds of bearing produced by Harbin Roll Bearing Factory, Japan and other national factories with index of vibration speed, acceleration vibration value, rolling degree, corrugation degree, coarseness and rolling degree with a R shape, which as a result, obtained a lot of dependable experimental data and built foundation for further analysis.In the light of the experimental data and using the method of poly linear regressed analysis, this article not only analyzed the main influential factors in the vibration of bearing of primary quality parameters of the rolling degree of bearing but built the mathemaitical model between primary quality parameters of the rolling bearing and vibration of bearing as well.Furthermore, the article calculated cyclic times when the inner and outer circles of Bearing 6202 meet and the failure frequency when the inner and outer circles and steel balls make simplex deficiency. With the methods of contradistinction and statistics, it then analyzed the effects influenced by rolling degree, corrugation degree, coarseness and rolling degree with a R shape on various frequencies of bearing, the result of which accorede with the one by means of regressed analyzing method.Lastly, the article compared and analyzed the processed corrugation on the surface of the rolling of bearing and the quality of steeling balls, produced by Harbin Roll Bearing Factory and Japan. It primarily analyzed other influential factors on the vibration and noise of bearing produced by Harbin Roll Bearing Factory.
