| Raising speed and heavy haul is development tendency of the railway transportation.However,with the rising of the velocity,Empty wagon derailment accident accurs more frequent, which brings our country and people huge loseAimed at this problem appeared in the dynamic perfermance of wagon with the increasement of speed,Lots of researches are done in this paper.In this paper,an integrated model of freight car is developed using dynamic software Adams/Rail.In this model, suspensions, wedges and some nonlinear contact are conducted reasonably trough lots of analysis components of the bogie. DOF of the parts are considered as necessary as possible,the total of which is 62,much more than that of the models developed before. Moreover,we choose some simulation examples focusing on lateral and vertical model, and by compared the results of Adams/Rail with that of references,our model is verified perfectly.Based on this dynamic model,lots of simulations are carried out in this paper. Track conditions are conducted in the following ways:wheel damage,sinusoidal irregularities curved track and Analytic Irregularities,Aimed at every track condition,lots of analysis are preformed to find out the main wheel-rail interaction and response of the wagon components.Orso some parameters are discussed in the paper.In chapter sixth, we consider power spectral density irregularities of German as our track irregularities.Through lots of simulations,we find that the reason of derailment accident of the empty wagon is the large wheel upload ratio.Focus on this performance parameter,we conduct many simulations and find the derailment velocity of the empty wagon is 67km/h.Moreover, some analysis are done to find the influence of parameters of the bogie on the dynamic performence of empty wagon. |
