Research On The Reconfiguring Scheme Of Western Handan Power Network

This paper makes an introduction to the operating conditions of the western part of Handan power network, analyzes the existed problems with economics, reliability, and system protection configuration caused by loop-circuit operation, and points out the necessity of rerouting the western part of Handan power network. The two rerouting and transformation schemes are proposed. Through calculating, analysis, study and comparison, the optimal scheme is recommended and put into practice. The system protection configuring and setting calculation are implemented and the real effectiveness and benefit brought by power rerouting are illustrated.
