In this paper, On the base of the comprehensive analysis of the development of RPC in domestics and abroad, in terms of the practical condition in fuzhou, and optimizing raw material and admixture , the RPC200 whose compression strength is 207MPa at 7d have been successfully developed .After confirming the mix property of RPC , the 28 groups of cubes(70.7mm)the 48 groups cube(100mm)and the 6 groups of prism specimens were carried out to study RPC200 strength standard ,discuss the relationship between the mechanical properties (peak strain,Young's modulus and poission's ration )and prismatic strength ,and establish the stress-strain curve for RPC200.Based on the above experiments, the 18 RPC filled circular steel tube were completed ,which has yielded some positive fruits:1. This paper collects the test data on the stain deformation and ultimate loading capacity, describe the change of figure and the failure patterns of the specimens, and analyze the characteristic of it's load-deformation curve and the all course of work .2. By using the internal force-decomposability method, a numerical means was applied for the analysis of the test data, so we can probe into the situation of the internal force change on the steel and RPC, based on these, the simplified calculating formula is suggested .3. Though discussing the theory -character parameter (peak stress,peak strain and plateau strength) of the RPC filled circular steel tube, this paper set up the calculating formula of the theory -character parameter, using this formula, we validate the test data of 97 the ultra high concrete filled steel tube, and the result indicates that formula given in this paper fits to the ultra high concrete filled steel tube.4. Based on the theory -character parameter, this paper presents the theory equation for stress-stain complete curves of the RPC filled steel tube, it is founded that computed curves are in good agreement with the tested one, and it can be applied for the all course analysis of the RPC filled steel tube.
