The influence of coupling agent, agglomerant, solidified agent, formation process and solidification process on isotropic ferrite bonded magnet has been systematically studied. At first, the bonded magnet has been produced at varied technological conditions. Then the influences of varied technological conditions, such as species and quantity of coupling agent, species and quantity of agglomerant, process of compression moulding and solidification process on magnetic property and compression strength of bonded magnet have been analysis by means of apparatus for measuring magnetic property and compression strength. Come to following conclusion:(1) Higher magnetic property has been obtained by the bonded magnet that use titanate coupling agent. Higher compression strength has been obtained by the bonded magnet that use silane coupling agent. If the combinations of higher magnetic and mechanic properties of the bonded magnet are wanted, titanate coupling agent is more proper than silence coupling agent.(2)Higher density and magnetic property have been obtained by E-44 epoxide resin comparing with E-20 epoxide resin.(3)Using E-20 epoxide resin as agglomerant, properties such as residualmagnetic flux density(Br), maximal magnetic energy product((BH)max), coercitive force(Hc) decrease along with rising of agglomerant quantity.(4)The bonded magnet with high magnetic and mechanic properties has obtained at the case of 800MPa compression force and 20 seconds'persistence.(5)For E-20 epoxide resin/650 polyamide system, good combination properties have been obtained when the bonded magnet was solidified at 90~110.
