The paper , for the harmonics detection method used in Power system, presents an sampling method based on frequency multiplication phase-locked. Through Phase -locked loop to track the power wave, which not only reduces the affect of spectrum leakage to the harmonics analysis, but also realizes quick .accurate and, real-time measurement.The paper first discusses several kinds of general analysis methods used in power system and one's own pluses and minuses, Especially discusses the harmonics detection method and its apt shortcoming that produce ?Frequency spectrum leakage, and the reason produced, in order to solve this problem, the technology of frequency multiplication phase -locked is used to make sample frequency in pace with power wave frequency, and vary with power wave. The method solves the difficult problem ?Frequency spectrum leakage. Based on above-mentioned schemes, the power detection system based on TMS320VC5410 is designed , which realizes Collection, A/D, Digital Signal Processing .Keyboard .Display and UART ?The AD73360 gather chip commonly used in power system is used in front of the power detection system, and the circuit of frequency multiplication phase-locked is consisted of phase-locked loop deviceæ¡ŸD4046 and frequency division device CD4060 to produce the gather signal of AD73360 frequently, the gather wave and result can be displayed on LCD. For communication with CPU , the SPORT chip MAX3111 is used to realize the communication of DSP and CPU, finally in order to make the power detection system put in use in fact , Bootlooder function and the on-online programming method of FLASH in DSP is described in detail.
