High power supply quality rectifier is used to supply DC voltage for AC drive reciprocal power-fed test system, which can improve power factor and harmonic current evidently. It can feed back brake-power to electric grid, and relize power energy transmission reciprocal.By analying the requirement of traction characteristics of rectifier in AC drive reciprocal power-fed test system, in this paper, the research on high power supply quality rectifer is conducted around topology and mathematical modeling, high power supply quality rectifer's control methods are summarized. Predicted current control based on space vector PWM in two-phase stationary coordinates is proposed and used in this paper. Voltage space vector PWM (SVPWM) method is deeply expatiated. Control system software is improved with three aspects such as the start of rectifier, confirmation of PI parameter and improvement of AC current, and the control strategy is consummated further.An integrated experiment system is setup. Experiments including resistance load experiment, inverter experiment, dynamic experiment and motor load experiment are carried out with high power supply quality rectifier. Experiment results show that the high power supply quality rectifier meets supply need of AC drive reciprocal power fed test rig.Sunhu(power system and automatization)Directed by prof.
