Analysis And Research On Transfer Path Of Vehicle Interior Noise

These years, with increasing of the requests to the vehicle comfortableness and strengthening of environment protecting consciousness, many countries' requests to the vehicle noise has been more and more strict. Ameliorating the vehicle interior acoustics circumstance and debasing the vehicle interior noise level are the question that governments and manufacturers faced to together. The research on the vehicle interior noise has been recognized. Aimed at the current situation of research on the vehicle interior noise, this thesis conducts a conclusive analysis on the category of the source of vehicle noise and the noise controlling method.Based on the causations and frequency configurations of vehicle interior noise, we do the test on a homemade vehicle by integer insulating means. This thesis gains a handy and exact testing and analyzing method on vehicle interior noise by designing three different testing means: immobile test, dragging test and road test. Applying transfer-ratio concept to the research on vehicle interior noise and analyzing the effect of each shock absorber from the statistics theory and vibration energy. Then this thesis validates the feasibility of this method by programming and analyzing on the data in test.
