As the circumstance of energy sources and entironment protect is very austere, the exploition of electric vehicle is very important. Fuel cell electric vehicle becomes one of the first choice because of its particular advantage. In this paper, the author accomplishes the research on vehicles control and power flow management system , which takes electric vehicle as researchful background and takes fuel cell electric vehicle as researchful object. Research achievement as bellow:In this paper, the author analyzes the type ,structure and hardware module of fuel cell electric vehicle. It discusses the structure of electrical system in the fuel cell electric vehicle, which is mainly composed of vehicles control and power flow management system, fuel cell engine, NIH battery package, drive system, etc. The author analyzes the structure and function of these modules, especially accomplishes the research and design of vehicles control and power flow management system.The hardware platform of the system has been set up by taking the digital signal processor as the kernel and the communications interface model has been designed. Based on the DSP software research platform, the author has studied and designed the software system of vehicles control and power flow management system. The whole system has acquired favourable control effect in the test of vehicles.Based on the CAN fieldbus, the author resolves the communication method and network mode of vehicles control system. According as the standard CAN protocol, the author has constituted communicationr protocol for the FCEV system. Specially, the project introduces fiber transport medium which have stronger ability of anti jamming and establishes distributed control system. And it has been already applied successfully in the vehicles system.The author has brought forward the strategy of vehicles and power flow management and basically has obtained a set of control strategy and arithmetic for vehicles control system of fuel cell electric vehicle. The author analyzes and brings forward the operation strategy of fuel cell electric vehicle and realizes control of vehicles running by applying fuzzy control. The authorintroduces each advantage by comparing fuel cell with NIH battery and brings forward two set of the strategy of energy management, and besides, introduces a set of actual precept applied in the whole system.The whole system has run stably in the course of test and measurement, and the system has basically established the rudiment of vehicles control and power flow management system which has independent knowledge property right. The electric vehicle has successfully passed the experimentation , which applied this system held favourable control effect.
