In the paper, to study piston pump, selected signals as monitoring object. Though measuring the acceleration of pump shell and analysis the signal, to realize fault diagnosis. In theory, analyzing vibration and noise source of axial piston pump, simulating the condition of pressure changing in cavity and analyzing the results. Ascertain point according to the characters of the object and the analyses results. Experiment with vibrating of axial piston pump, find the main characters of vibration.
