External factors effect process of industrial production, they are equivalent to many measurable disturbances and unmeasurable disturbances. For getting better control effect, all disturbances should be synthetically considered in the process of field control. In this paper, a new adaptive inferential feedforward control algorithm is proposed. Adopting reduced models to design controller, the method resolves complexity problems of adaptive algorithm when the model is high order. Moreover, two ways to normalized estimation system and identify the deadzone are adapted in the algorithm, which translate unmodeled dynamics into bounded disturbances, and guarantee bounded stability of self-tuning control system. Combining adaptive control, feedforward control, inferential control and adaptive prediction, the algorithm effectively deal with measurable disturbances and unmeasurable disturbances. The simulation result of superheated steam temperature control system substantiates the validity and practicability of this algorithm.
