Supported by Outstanding Teacher Foundation of State Education Ministry of China ([2001]182),by applying the Electromagnetic Compatibility principle to the sensitive equipment of Power System, the measurement problems of the interference of Electrostatic Discharge and Oscillatory wave are studied, and then the paper brings forward some effective mend ways. In this paper the main studies are as follows: (1) Firstly, interference principle and coupling pass of static electricity is analyzed. To begin from the three main suppression technique(Shield, Grounding, Filter Waves), Immunity Design of ESD is developed. (2) Based the analyses of the standard ring wave and oscillatory wave in the Time domain and Frequency domain, filter is designed. The attenuation effect is validated by the experiment. The sensitive equipment can endure the 4-level immunity test of IEC61000-4-12 when filer is used. (3) Based the test standards about the second safeguard equipment in power system and the EMC performance test of certain safeguard equipment , the paper bring forward some necessary mend measures, which can satisfy the request of higher levels.
