| This paper is grounded on the project of rebuilding stokehold of Dalian Maritime University and relied on the Boiler Control System of Automation Institute of Dalian Maritime University. It changed this system controlled by manual work formerly into by computer. The manual work is complex. At the same time it need the workers to grasp the whole running process and the relations of each parameter and watch the whole process to avoid the taking place of explode. So it is needed that reforming to such a system of having the interface between workers and computer, the controller at real time, watch in long distance, giving alarms with sound and light. It can amend the control parameter related to the different need. It conquered the shortcoming of designing again and amending compellently. It has a very great signification.Water level and steam press of boiler are controlled by Neural-fuzzy Controller in this paper. It overcame the shortcoming of imprecise, nonlinear controlled and so on. We absorbed great experiences from the manual workers. At the same we do the revise. Through the contrast, we summarize the strength of Neural-fuzzy Controller.The control system can reach the request in technique by putting it into the operation to test. It proved that the control system has the merit of controlling simply, understood easily, little quantity of calculation and good control effect. It is fit to not only process control but also real time control. The using of this boiler control system is convenience and agility. Having the perfect functions makes it being studied easily and being fit to using and extending in the boiler control field. |
