With the scale of cable-stayed bridge enlarging continuously, the c onstruction monitor becomes more and more important. As a significant process, the monitor test of stress has the momentous function of ensure the construction safe and the normal status of finished bridge.This paper is combined with the construction monitor of the Hong Feng Lake Specially Long Span Bridge engineering, and discuss the monitor test of stress in detail.Firstly, analyze the main girder stress in different stage in the paper. Because there is no definite define about diaphragm effective with of cable-stayed bridge in current code for design of bridge, a three-dimensional finite element model is built in this paper to research the problem, and a prepositional value is put forward for diaphragm effective with of the Hong Feng Lake Specially Long Span Bridge.Secondly, choose the vibrating string extensometer BGK-4200, which can observe the temperature and has the character of high stability and precision, to monitor the concrete structure in the engineering for a long term. Because the measure strain data include the concrete creep strain and contraction strain, so the paper mainly researches how to depart them from the actual measure results in chapter five.Finally, analyze the real-time stress monitor data, and compare it with the theoretical value. Also propose some rational and effective calculation methods about cross beam calculation, and expound the problem of prestress reserve.Otherwise, build a spatial model to analyze the problem of cross beam crack in the course of building, and put forward the improved suggestion to avoid occurring the similar trouble. It would have the real meaning.In this paper, the analysis about the stress monitor test of Hong Feng Lake Specially Long Span Bridge engineering would offer a base for the future to ensure the construction proceed favourably. At the same time, the stress analysis method in this paper has the reference merit to other type bridges.
