| In this paper, the author has experimented some kinds of typical state bearings of the axles in freight train. Non-Dimensional Parameters Diagnosis (NDPD) has been used to detect damage in the experiments . According to the results , the author has used two dimensionless parameters in the detecting equipment.The detecting system's structure is simple and it can improve the reliability of the detecting result. So it can free workers from heavily labors, and the workers can use the equipment without special knowledge on fault-diagnosis theory. On the other hand, the system is more acceptable.At the end of this paper, the author has discussed how to set the value of the two parameters, and use Visual C++ 6.0 to compile software just for diagnosing faults of freight train's bearings in the equipment. |
