Hydropower Plant simulation system is an interdisciplinary and complicated analog system. The domestic study on this technology is still at the starting stage at present. This paper makes a deep study on the simulation object, the modeling method and the simulation realization of mixed-flow hydraulic turbine generator unit and auxiliary machinery.This paper adopts the simulation research approach large disturbance in mixed-flow hydraulic generator unit, establishes mathematic model and simulation method of generator, excitation system, hydraulic turbine, diversion system and regulator. In the simulation of the auxiliary machinery, this paper establishes mathematic model and simulation method of the oil, water, gas system on the basis of fluid network model of auxiliary machinery pipe network. Through simulation of sequence control system, free conversion of hydroelectric unit's operating mode and trouble-free operation of whole control flow are realized.Based on the Object-oriented modeling thought, this paper selects Visual C++ as the software developing platform in simulation, and accomplishes the LAN communication by Winsock network programming technique.
