The thesis focused on the DC link topology of the modulariation aviation static converter. First, the push-pull converter is developed. Then, the principle of push-pull forward converter is analyzed in detail. It has the advantages of preventing the high voltage spike of the switches and restraining magnetism deflection of the transformer in low-voltage/high-current situation. So push-pull forward converter can get higher efficiency than push-pull converter. At last, a novel ZVS isolated Boost converter is presented. This converter is employed the LCD snubber circuits and coupled winding in boost inductance, the switches can realize zero voltage turn off and the surge voltage of switch is low. The principle of this converter is analyzed in detail. Simulation and experimental results in that the novel converter is feasible.Through the comparison of three schemes, the novel ZVS isolated Boost converter is the best DC link topology of the modulariation aviation static converter. This researching project lays the technical foundation on high power density and high efficiency aviation static inverter. |
