Aimed to acquire high efficiency and realize high frequency of the Converter, this paper takes the forepart of the Aeronautical Static Inverter(ASI)-DC/DC Converter as research object. Push-Pull Forward Converter (PPFC), which adapts to be applied in low voltage, high current input power field, is proposed and studied in this paper based on comprehend to main characters of ASI and references to the development of the VRM.PPFC working principle, circular current and effects of clamping capacitor are studied in this paper in detail. Because of the clamping capacitor, PPFC have some good features compared with PPC: reducing the fluctuate of the input current; restraining the voltage spike of the power MOSFET; avoiding the bias-magnetic of the transformer. At last, The PPFC topology is applied into the project -2kW DC/DC sub-module power and made good effect.In order to realize high frequency and decrease the cubage and weight of the converter, Aimed at PPF topology, this paper analysised three kinds of resonant networks to realize main MOSFET with ZCS turned off. Working process and dissipation of the respective network are analyzed in detail; moreover design principle and calculating formula of the resonant parameter are given in this paper. In the end, by compared with three Soft-switching topology, respective excellences and disadvantages are given in the paper.
