Study On The Clearance Measurement Of Turbine Seals

A kind of metric method is introduced in this paper. Study on the metric system of Steam Turbine's Gas seal clearance. On the comparing with the different methods of the clearance metric, a finer metric system is developed in use of CCD sensor. This system is composed of some parts including optical system and gearing machine and control unit and CCD drive circuit. Comparing with the traditional maintenance technology, the new can effectively guarantee the precise and the efficiency in works. This paper has described the new method, the optimizing scheme and the amends of the bending and else errors.
