| To research the issues measurement models and analysis methods of power quality, we put forward an analytical opinion in this paper. Following fluctuation of power system, which amends parameters deviation in accordance with fundamental component. And according to modeling measurement, we detect real-time data(amplitude frequency phase angle)of fundamental component of the line voltage based on optimality algorithm(Gauss-Newton). Besides, the algorithm emulation is presented. Aiming at the demand of power department and the practical application, we design power quality supervisory based on dual CPU(DSP and microprocessor), high-precision distributed data acquisiton and processing in DSP, an optical to record the waveform of inputs and corrdination activities of electronic elements dependented on microprocessor.
