Based on the nonlinear analysis theory of finite element of reinforced concretestructures the whole destroy process of the reinforced concrete member subjectedaxial tension in the paper, and its performance under force effect is generalized. Byselect variation slenderness ratio, concrete strength, strength and ratio ofreinforcement, and axial tension, effect on the member's bearing capacity, deformability and ductility has been analysized in detail. Dissipation capacity and itsimpact factors have been generalized through analysis to the lateral load-lateraldisplacement hysteresis curve of the reinforced concrete member subjected axialtension. As conclusion, some problems that should attentioned in designing suchmembers are provided and the sampling span of the parameters is selected.
