Along with the development of power network transmissed in our country, the internal electric power net in industry and enterprise and the electric power sesytem on generating electricity and power supply, the overvoltage phenomena in the electric power sesytem becomes more and more serious. Especially when cable circuitry replaces gradually trolly wire, the arc earthed overvoltage phenomena becomes unavoidable.In the 3~35kV power supply system of our country, the large part is the not solidly earthed neutral system.When the single-phase earthed phenomena happens in this system, this electric power network can run with failure. And in this way the operated cost can reduce greadty. And at the same time the power supply systemic dependability can be improved.But when the single-phase earthed current is large , this electric power system can engender easily arc earthed overvoltage and interphase short circuit by this means . Simultaneity this overvolgate damages greatly the equipment for power supply.After liberation, in our country eliminating arc loops were loaded in the neutral to compensate capacitive current, so that it can restrain the probability of arc generating in the exception point.Apparently the intention is to avoid arc.Owing to a great deal of characteristic of eliminating arc loop itself, it is difficult to compensate effectively capacitive current . In particular the part of high frequency can make the power supply equipments endangered and it can't be overcome. Based on researching the function of every kind of eliminating arc loop , New concept was brought up in this paper, and the protective device for eliminating arc and overvoltage was researched and manufactured. When the arc light connecting the ground emerges, the chip synthesizing controller control the vacuum contacter which can be operated with dividing phase and make its fault phase earthed so that the arc light can be dissolved thoroughly.It can be predicated that the study results are useful to the design of overvoltage protective device in electric power system and the development of canceling arc light earthed overvoltage device and small electric current chosen equipment. |
