With Power System's expanding and becoming more and more complex the power system security and stability control has been required more than before.Power system's real-time phasor measurement will play an important role in stability monitoring and controlling of power system.It is regarded as one of the three frontier discussion that the research and application of real-time phasor measurement.Based on the before research and the second generation phasor measurement unit,this paper finishs the practicability development.This paper gives the design of real-time clock which fits well in phase measurement unit.With the absolute reference frame provided by the synchronous clock,we can realize phasor synchronous measurement.Finishs the design of Phase-locked loop which assure equal angle-interval sampling of the voltage and current.Gives the real-time angle algorithm and makes loval controlling possible.Writes the sampling program,and get the voltage,current,active power and reactive power,and operator can analyse the state of power system.Exploits the inner communication protocol of the real-time phase angle measurement unit.
