| As the prospect of the electrical propelling and the great progress of the relevant technologies, ac propelling is in the leader position. The ac asynchronous mortor , ac permanent mortor exist in the same time.The control system based on DSP is the popular type in the control field. In this paper we show the DTC(Direct Torque Control System) based on TMS320F2812, and analyze the structure and the capability of this kind of system.Firstly we expound the theory of Dirct Toque control on ac asynchronous mortor, expand the original control theory , make sure the important role of zero voltage in the spacerkeep the output torque of the motor, reduce the pulsant torque, and validate this theory successfully.We also researched and designed the the hardware of the DSP system , make the solution for every requirements in detail. Then we discussed the DTC theory compendiously,we also introduced the software in DSP to achieve the arithmetic of the control mothode to deal with the low speed phase, mid speed phase, high speed phase of the motor, we give prominence to the control system without speed sensor.In this paper we carried through the asynchronous mortor control system based on DSP, combined the control theory and the real character of the motor to build up the valuable control system. |
