The development of the prototype machine of a Container Crane Loading Simulator System focuses on the visual system.For larger systems the visual system plays a vital role. Therefore, it will be dealt with in the first place.Recently, most of advanced Container Crane Loading Simulator System adopts computer image rendering- based visual system .the paper presents some key technologies while we develop a visual system. At last, the paper introduces an application of these technologies in the Container Crane Loading Simulator System.The viewing transformation is very important in the engine of a visual system, which including the building of coordinates and many transformations in the generation of 3D vision. Combining with functions of OpenGVS, the author discusses the realization of these transformation in the programming of the visual system of Container Crane Loading Simulator System. The System sets different view points and view direction for the convenient of the operator to get information from more orients according to real need.Collision detection method is a key technology in visual system' s model designing in visual system. The paper introduces the principle of collision detection and compares the applicability of some popular collision detection methods. And then, it focuses on analyzing the AABB collision detection method in OpenGVS. After that, the paper explains how to use this method in the scene of Container Crane Loading Simulator System. The paper introduces how to build model library in the visual system of Container Crane Loading Simulator System. It promotes the speed of collision detection and satisfies the demand of real time. On the otherhand, it builds the basis for the high quality engine of the visual system.
