The thesis introduces an applicable outdoor test system of PV array. The systemuses TMS320LF2407A as controller and GTR as electronic load. The system canautomatically measure electrical parameters of PV array, such as Voc, Ism, Pm, Vm,Im. FF and note spectral irradiance and ambient temperature. It also extrapolates thedata on the site into the values under standard conditions, and displays the I -Vcharacteristic curve of PV array and electrical parameters of PV array with LCDmodule of built-in T6963C.In design, the system adopts GB/T18210-2000.The thesis discusses operational principle of outdoor test system of 1kWp PV arrayand electronic load in detail. A new drive circuit for GTRs is brought forward in thethesis. The drive circuit can provide a linear drive voltage for the base electrode ofGTR, which makes GTR function as an electronic load and provides a reverse voltageto turn off GTR when it works in saturation.The outdoor test system of lkWp PV array is composed of control circuit, dataacquisition system, electronic load, keyboard circuit and display circuits. The thesisprobes into the four parts respectively and gives schematic diagram and someprogram flow charts.The experimental results illustrate that the hardware and software design is feasibleand satisfactory.At last, the thesis gives experimental results and curves, makes error analysis andproposes improvement project in hardware design and software design.
