This thesis introduces how to design a set of electronic controlled injection system of diesel/alcohol engine based on the powerful function of the micro-controller. The mainly unit of the system is AT89S52, the newly production of ATMEL company. The mainly components of ECU can judge and calculate all kinds of signals which are input into the micro-controller, and output pulse to control other units. The electronic controlled unit will calculate the pulse width according to the rack displacement signal and the rotate speed signal of the fuel injection pump, and output the pulse to control the alcohol injection coil, the pulse width is linear with the quantity of alcohol injection. According to the result of the experiment, the ECU is high reliability and stability, the system can change the mixed rate of the diesel/alcohol according to different speed and different load.In order to find out whether the system can realize the intention that we want or not, we do the experiment after the system design finished. From the result of the experiment, the power performance and the emission performance of the dual fuel engine is better than those of the diesel engine, the exhaust smoke density is reduced, the maximal improve ratio of the emission even get zero emission, respectively. The economic performance of the dual fuel engine is close to the diesel engine under the high speed and high load mode, better than the diesel engine under the medium and low load. Additional, the coefficient of torque reserve and the coefficient of speed reserve are both higher than the diesel engine. All these show that thediesel/alcohol dual fuel engine is fit for all kinds of modes.The thesis also introduces the controlling method and the controlling equation of the system, the controlling method is founded by the instrument adjusted and the current research. The result of the experiment proved that the model is high reliability, to a certain extent, this equation can be reference in the later research.Furthermore, the design of the diesel engine refit, the experiment method and all the circuits design can be reference to the similarly researches. Research of the system can not only improve the emission, but also impel the economic development of the impoverished region in Guangxi. |
