The Study Of Laying Frozen Jointless Track On Short Curve

As a modern structure of the track, the jointless track has brought great social and economic benefits to many countries in the world. However, in the case of short curves, because of serious wear of rails, the workload and maintenance of way expenditures will be increased for that rails have to be changed frequently. The safety and stability of running can be affected with many inconveniences brought to the track maintenance devision.By construct the short curve section as the frozen jointless track, we can take the advantage of the jointless track, increase the safety and stability of running, and replace the worn-out rails in time with the minimum maintenance workload.Railway lines in the soverign of Chengdu Railway Bureau locate in the mountainous regions, among which short curves are predominant. Frozen jointless tracks can be adopted to meet such problems. So this thesis focuses on these main points:1. Based on the analysis of the data, I provide ballast's longitude and lateral parameter for the stability analysis of frozen jointless track.2. By the way of theoretical analysis and in-situ test and on condition of the joint as well, I set up the bucking modle of joint. Obtain the flexture rigidity coefficient under different torsions. Improve the parameter for laying frozen jointless tracks in short curves.3. Through the study of in-situ test data and the joint flextural rigidity, I analysis the effects of the joint resistance, installed rail gaps, curve radium and other factors on the stability of the frozen jointless tracks. I also obtain the rational lay range of the frozen jointless tracks, and the rational installment dimension of track joint.4. Based on the analysis above, the conclusion are bringing out the rational maintenance methods adapt to the frozen jointless track and related notices, which produces the basement for the work undertaken by the track maintenance division.
