As one important part of the engine, the performance of valve train decides the performance of engine. The study on the valve train dynamics model is one main question for study the engine. As the engine becoming more intensify and its speed increasing quickly, the development and application of new model valve train getting more and more urgently. When we towards various dynamics model at present, how to compare and comprehend the specialty and the serviceable range of these models, it needs farther development in the future.This dissertation investigates it on the basis of a host of reference, and combines the real situation of the subject, which is cooperation with the North Engine Research Institute. A comprehensive study pattern, the integration of analysis, test and manufacturing is applied to study on the valve train dynamics model with performance.Main works are as following:1. The one-mass dynamics model and two-mass dynamics model is studied. Differential equation is set up, write the program and calculate the model in Visual C++ language. The dynamic response of the valve train of 175F diesel engine has been calculated by this two model and compared the results between these two models.2. The valve train test system is designed. The hardware for valve train test system includes the selection of the dynamic signal analyzer and sensors, designing of data collection and control circuit, etc. The software designing includes data traffic and data processing.3. The valve train dynamic data of 175F diesel engine is measured by the valve train test system that is designed, and the data is management by post processor. |
