With abroad apply of HVAC (Heating, Ventilating and Air-conditioning) system in modern large buildings, indoor ventilation; and air exchanging is mainly dependent on HVAC system because of much high airproof of buildings. Therefore, it is possible to generate and multifold aerosol pollutants such as vast fungi, microbe, particles and so on, which are direct or latent to people's work and living easily through ventilation system into rooms when improperly fixing, functioning and maintaining. Consequently it is should pay much more attention to the problems of indoor aerosols pollution, whichwill be very rrieaningful work today since indoor air quality problems have beeninvestigated deeply and effectively.Considering above-mentioned senses, firstly this article systemically advanced various theoretic methods for analysis and forecast by combining other literatures, which not only indicated the need of experimental method but also established some theoretic bases for the testing research. Secondly, a typical multifunctional building was selected in Changsha city, and some investigation for the building's characteristics, HVAC's device condition and maintenance was done to analyze and disclose aerosol pollutants' status in HVAC system. Lastly, corresponding experimental research work have been done to analyze and summarize flow characteristics of aerosols by testing a series of parameters of aerosol particles in HVAC system and indoor especially including biological aerosols' concentration, weights and granularity distributing after particles' depositing. In addition, some calculations and experimental charts were given to expatiate movement laws and impact factors for aerosols in HVAC system.The conclusion of this article induced the testing research work, and insufficient aspects were discussed while some steps were suggested accordingly. It is expected to afford reference for deeper aerosol research and prevention and cure work.
