In this dissertation, The relation of human, energy and environment is analysed with the principle of entropy increasing and the theory of exergy of thermodynamics. Suggestions on optimal energy utilization are put forward. At first, the current methods and situations of energy optimisation are reviewed. Particularly, methods of energy source optimisation in heating and air condition are introduced.Five approaches, Ground Source Heat Pump, Air Source Heat Pump, Air Condition cooled by water associated by central heating system, Air Condition cooled by water associated by gas boiler and Brom-lithium Unit burning natural gas, are put forward to heat and cool an office building at Meijiang in Tianjin. And comparisons are made using multi-levels and multi-objects fuzzy mathematics strategy. The mathematics optimum model is established and is calculated with some fuzzy mathematics parameters (affiliation value, measure scale and using different arithmetic operators). The approaches are evaluated according to the results. Meanwhile, The optimisation analysis is accomplished with regard to the heat pump approaches, such as Ground-Source Heat Pump and Air Source Heat Pump, taking advantage of thermodynamics and thermo-economics method. Two physics models of two heat pumps are established according to the state of exergy flow. According to the theory of exergy balance and the algebra mode of economics balance of thermodynamics , two heat pumps' exergy efficiency, costs of unit exergy and the unit cold & heat capacity are analysed. Experiments are carried out in Tianjin and Shenyang to research the heat performance and economics of the underground heat exchangers of GSHP. The analysis of different underground exchangers' performance is accomplished by the index of amount of heat exchange of unit pipe. The conception on cost of unit exchange heat of unit pipe length is firstly brought out and is used to analyse the performance of different underground exchangers.
