With the super-development of the city construction, a lot of tall structures with basement, underground garages, subsidencal plazas and subways, underground marks and so on exploit the underground space and will develop the depth unceasingly. There are many buildings that were slanted and broken down because of the underground water's buoyance pressure in the sea cities such as Shenzhen, Dalian and Qingdao, where there are plenty of water in the underground. So that, the engineering field regard the underground water's buoyance pressure and discuss how to deal with underground water's buoyance pressure in the near future. The paper aims at providing some guidance for the anti-float anchor, and offering a few commonplace remarks by way of introduction so that others may come up with valuable opinions about the study and development of the anti-float anchor.As a new kind of measure of dealing with the underground water, this paper mostly studies application of anti-float anchor in the soft area.Firstly, the paper introduces the development status and the application actual state of anti-float anchor in civil and external, constrates to the traditional measures that are used to deal with the underground water, relates the merits of anti-float anchor and questions which are solved at present time.Secondly, the paper briefly introduces the traditional measure--- up-lift pile that how is up-lift pile destructed by the load , the mechanism which transfer the force along the depth. And analyse the common anchor which resemble anti-float anchor.Thirdly, by the situ test of anti-float anchor, checkout and analyse the steel's force by the stress meter when the anti-float anchor's top undergone the extrior load. So that, draw to the conclusion which provid some guidance and reference for the anti-float anchor in the near future.Finally, analyse by the ANSYS of the finite element software anti-float anchor which is located in several operating mock, and contrast with the test results. At the same time, analyse by the ANSYS the cluster anti-float anchors, and contrast with the results of the sole anchor in the same condition. And draw to conclusions which provid some guidance and reference for the little spacing anti-float anchor in the large area.
