The research and utilization of gas-vehicle develop quickly. Transferring the bus and taxi into Gasoline/LPG (Liquefied Petroleum Gas) dual-fuel vehicle is carried out blazingly in domestic cities. But the engine power will be lost, if the engine and gas supply system are in bad match, not only the power will be lost, but also the emission will be worsen. The main reasons for the loss of the engine power are as below: Because LPG is gas fuel, it will be occupy a certain volume of mixture. This reduces the quantity of the engine intake, the volume caloric of LPG-Air mixture is lower than that of Gasoline-Air mixture, so the total input energy of engine is lower, too. The burning speed of LPG is also lower than that of gasoline. Otherwise, the original engine is designed for gasoline. It can't take advantage of the characteristics of LPG, such as high octane number and so on.Studied the physical and chemical properties of LPG, the combustion of LPG is analyzed. And the quasi-dimension combustion calculation model is set up. The model is based on dual-area thermodynamics model. It is composed of turbulence flame promulgating model, flame surface calculation model and so on. The temperature of burned and unburned areas, pressure in engine running process can be calculation by the model. The result calculated by the model is analyzed. The combustion characteristic of LPG in engine can be exactly show.The simulator is an important component of the electronic controlled fuel injection system in the dual-fuel automobile. It can cut off the current to inject oil action, at the same time, it can enable cheat the gasoline ECU to work normally. The simulator is design in this text, its construction is simple. The reliability and stability of the simulator are good.The communication interface based on the kingview has been designed. The communication programs between the microcomputer and a PC computer are worked out. The designs of user interface are reasonable and its functions are integrity. The simulated experimental results indicate that the communicationsystem designed in this paper is reliable and very convenient to use. At the same time it can meet the demands of on-line adjustments for ECU's control parameters. |
