The main work of the paper is the reliability design of the automobile performance testing data processing system. The limitation in the reliability design of the testing system will make testing result inaccurate and take clients a great loss even hidden trouble in safety. Consequently, the reliability design of the automobile performance testing system which is of primary importance in building the testing system can take great economic benefit and social benefit.Aiming at the request in the reliability design of automobile performance testing data processing system, the paper designed it in two aspects. Firstly, in order to improve the proportion between signal and noise and the testing precision of the testing system, this paper bringed forward a wavelet-based filtering algorithm and then validated the validity and applicability of the algorithm through computer's emluator on the basis of analyzing the disturbance of the testing field. Applying the algorithm to the dynamic weighing system and braking performance testing system. The result indicated that the algorithm has strong filtering effect and it can improve the proportion between signal and noise and the testing precision of the testing system effectively. Secondly, in order to improve the reliability of the sensor's datum, this paper bringed forward a information-fusion-based sensor fault diagnosis process and then validated the validity of the algorithm through computer's emluator on the basis of analyzing manifold factors that affect the state of sensors.There are four parts in the paper:Firstly, analyzing the filtering algorithm of discrete signal.This paper discussed the reliability design method of data-collection in the automobile performance testing system, and then bringed forward an effective filtering algorithm, wavelet-transform-based filtering algorithm through analyzing diversiform filtering algorithm of discrete signal.Secondly, researching the algorithm of dynamic weighing.This paper expatiated the dynamic weighing technology, analyzed the disturbance of the dynamic weighing system and the method of restraining disturbance; upbuilded the mathematics modeling of the dynamic weighing system and analyzed the three algorithm of dynamic weighing. Consequently it validated the validity of the wavelet-transform-method in the dynamic weighing data processing.Thirdly, analyzing the braking performance curve.This paper introduced the buildup, testing item, technology request of the braking performance testing system and the factors that influence the braking performance testing, and then gained the perfect braking performance curve through wavelet-transform.Fourthly, improving the testing reliability by using information fusion method.This paper introduced the information fusion technology, analyzed the relation between fault diagnosis and information fusion and introduced the application of information fusion technology in the automobile performance testing system. It improved the reliability of testing by using information fusion method.Anyway the reliability design project of the testing system will influence other testing systems. Both the wavelet-transform-based discrete signal filtering algorithm and the information fusion technology which presented in this paper have broad applicability, reliability and integrality. The farther research and application to reliability design will promote the development of industry field testing technique and have important theoretic value and practical value.
