| Through the steady-state simulation research of small scale refrigeration device, decreasing the experiment time during the process of condenser research and performance analysis, and it's important for designing producing high efficiency production in a short time.The paper mainly studies the method of building the steady-state simulation model of condenser from the aspect of ensuring model's precision, also doing some experiment to verify the model. Analyzing the inner fluid state of the finned-tube condenser which is widely used by small scale refrigeration device, and designing the steady-state arithmetic basing on dividing according to phase zone. As for single phase zone, that's overheating zone and over-cooling zone, building lumped parameter model; As for two phase zone, building distributed parameter model. Meanwhile building the experiment device and verifying the models through experiments, and the verifying result can satisfy the engineering requirement, and the simulation model has high reliability and utility. It's helpful for research on condenser performance and new product, reducing the experiment reducing the investment and shorten the developing period.Establishing the artificial neural network modifying module, and using part of the experiment data to practise the model, and modifying the model by after-practised artificial neural network, evidently improving the simulation precision of condenser steady-state simulation model.Besides that, the paper also develops the software of finned-tube condenser parametric design and visual software of condenser simulation. |
